State observation networks of the state environment include a complex stationary, route and sub torch posts. Stationary posts are fairly expensive structure that used equipment certain accuracy. Modern technological development allows to create devices small dimensions with unified output interface, having measurement error comparable in stationary or less. Therefore, this paper proposes concept creating device, which, particular, may be converted into an atmospheric air monitoring device. Currently, environmental emission control issues remain relevant. The purpose study, facet which is revealed work, organize network for analysis pollution. work contains list priorities organization its main functions. result structural diagram central component called “Heart” additional - “Expansion Board”, describes necessary nodes operating working element instrument sensors substances different principle.
